So, What is Mental Health ?


Mental Health refers to a person's emotional, psychological, and social well being. It affects how we think, feel, and behave in daily life. It also influences how we handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions. Just like physical helath, mental health is important at every stage of life from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.


Key points about mental health :

  •  Positive mental health means being able to cope with normal stresses work productively, and   contribute to the comunity
  •  Poor mental health doesn't always mean a mental illness, but it can increase the risk of   developing one
  • Mental illnes (like depression, anxiety disorder, or schizophrenia) are medical condition that affect thoughts, moods, and behavior.
How to maintaining mental health ?
  • Managing stress in healthy ways (exercise, hobbies, relaxation)
  • Building supportive relathionships
  • Seeking professional help when needed
  • Practicing self care and balance in life
